Both of us were quite apprehensive about hiring a company that we were unfamiliar with to handle our late 1880’s bathroom job. However, the salesman pleasantly surprised us. Nick’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience with our many questions the night we met. Nick allowed us time to fully understand your product and the procedures that would be used on our bathroom.
Even when your workers found some very challenging surprises in our old bathroom, they handled them with expertise and professionalism. We were very impressed with their workmanship the entire time they were in our home. We felt very comfortable with each phase of work that they did because both us were allowed to ask questions as the work progressed and that allowed us to fully understand all that was happening. Your work crew was professional, friendly, Clean, and very considerate.
